10. Payment

11. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order while its status is marked as Pending. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
12. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for customer convenience and may vary due to customs clearance, supplier delays, courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
13. Delayed Shipments
If delays occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control after an international order has been processed, such delays shall not automatically qualify for a refund unless required by applicable law or our Refund Policy.
14. Returns and Refunds
All refund and return requests are subject to the policies published on Isham.pk. Approval or rejection of claims will be determined according to our Refund Policy.
15. Reporting Product Issues
Customers should report damaged, defective, incorrect, or malfunctioning products within 3 days of receiving the order. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
16. Damaged During Transit
If a product arrives visibly damaged during delivery, customers should refuse the parcel (where possible) or report the issue immediately. Eligible refund or replacement requests will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
