Refund and Return Policy

At Mr Tech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free refund and return process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Items marked as final sale

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable software products

    • Opened or used items (such as earbuds, personal care devices, etc.)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our Customer Support to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return.

  2. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Pack the item securely and include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  4. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items received.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect products).

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a return label and a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
